Why do Liberals complain about City Management, public schools, when they are the ones in charge of both?

education city issues : The school unions are all Liberal Contributors and lobbyist, most major US Cities are run by Liberals, they raise the money, beg for it, they spend it and they intern waste it. Heck when ever a conservative says school vouchers they get called racist, and the Liberal way is an abject failure. Then why do these government liberals who have been in charge of Education and Cities for the last 60 years (that are doing so poorly) complain that they need more money without taking any blame for their own mismanagement?

So you are telling me liberals have been in charge over the federal contribution to public schools since 1994?

Could you please provide more substance and proof that liberals are in charge of it all?
I mean that is what you are trying to imply when things go wrong, is it not?

For your premise to be sound, that would mean that every state has the same laws regarding unions, the same standards for educations, and the same contributions to schools from local taxes and federal contributions.
that would also mean congress isn’t involved in it whtsoever or that liberals have been majority in congress since 1994.
