How should I send the social security deductions of my domestic help to the social security? Please advise.?
social security issues : I have engaged a nanny to look after my todlerorks at my home. I pay her wages which I have to report to the social security for my tax benefits. Can anybody advise me how to do it? Also please tell how the nanny will show her social security taxes on her return? Please advise in detail.

You give your nanny a w-2 and she files the same on her return.
The only big difference is if you hired an au pair.

You must be a democrat. You should be giving her a W-2. She does not report FICA on her return.
